Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook, WorldHotels Crafted

Fabulous place! It has so many features, we didn't get to use them all - spa, gym, salon, restaurant, bar... just not enough time. Staff was great, rooms clean and comfy. This will definitely be our basecamp when we travel in BC.

This was our second time staying here and it seems like they had made the effort to improve the look of the property a little. For example it seems like some areas were freshly painted and maybe the rooms were a little cleaner than before. The rooms really are a very good size, the common areas are pleasant, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We liked having coffee available at all times in the lobby. The room had everything we needed; plenty of outlets, toiletries, hair dryer. I haven't stayed in any other hotels in Cranbrook but this hotel appears to be the nicest option (at least by the way the other hotels look from the outside).

The jacuzzi tub in our room was amazing!! The bed was really comfortable

The hotel had been recently renovated and was clean, quiet and well-maintained. We had breakfast at the restaurant and were very pleased with the food quality, portion sizes and friendliness of the staff.

Do not eat breakfast but ate all four dinners in restaurant or pub. The food and service is excellent.
