Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook, WorldHotels Crafted

This was our second time staying here and it seems like they had made the effort to improve the look of the property a little. For example it seems like some areas were freshly painted and maybe the rooms were a little cleaner than before. The rooms really are a very good size, the common areas are pleasant, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We liked having coffee available at all times in the lobby. The room had everything we needed; plenty of outlets, toiletries, hair dryer. I haven't stayed in any other hotels in Cranbrook but this hotel appears to be the nicest option (at least by the way the other hotels look from the outside).

The things I liked most about the hotel were the size of the room and the pool/hot tub. We had plenty of space to spread out and we really enjoyed the hot tub after being out in the cold most of the day. I would stay here again.

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated so well. The staff was wonderful. They made our stay so pleasant. We had the most beautiful room and our experience at the on-site restaurant was great. We will be back.

We were happy to be in a hotel that was clean. Staff very friendly.

Parking overnight seemed secure. Good to have a pool. Easy access to downtown and the main strip on the highway.
